- Running (4 kilometers): 3 times out of 4 - 1 time short
- Running (5 km): 2 times per session - more than once per session
- Climbing stairs (15 floors): 17 times out of 22 - exceeding 5 times
This week's health goal (August 2 - August 8)
- Walking 10,000 steps a day, 6 times
- Running (4 kilometers): 2 times
- Running (5 kilometers): 3 times
- Climbing stairs (15 floors): 20 times
I wonder if I can do well again this week??
Increase walking distance by 5 kilometers or add 3 more flights of stairs...
