Today's diet & exercise goal results (3/4)
1. Walking 10,000 steps - Success (Nice to see you~~)
2. 100 squats (20 sets * 5 reps) - Success
3. Dinner menu: Salad & Meat - Success
4. Stopping by the gym to work out - Failed
Since it keeps raining on the weekend, I can't help but keep going to the gym~
I need to go exercise, but why is it so bothersome and annoying~ haha
I feel grateful just to have walked even ten thousand steps.
As summer approaches, exercising is becoming more bothersome.
Please encourage and motivate me so I can exercise diligently! Haha
