This week's health goal is~
Walking ten thousand steps every day consistently, just like last week!
Pull-up bar hanging, Lee So-ra dieting
Run 3 km every time it doesn't rain
30 minutes of indoor cycling interval training.
(Dynamically depending on the condition~)
To further enhance the effects of exercise here
I'm planning to exercise in a sweat suit, haha.
Working out in sweat suits during summer... *sigh*...
The sweat is so intense that I don't even need to go to the sauna~
It's not a grand goal, but a daily routine.
If you do it every day without missing, it will be a week~
A week becomes a month, and that's how it goes, haha.
