Eat only half a bowl of rice made with mixed grains and superfood oats, and have one meal a day with just salad without any sauce to feel even lighter. Manage your diet while exercising, and avoid drinking beer frequently because it's not good, especially in hot weather~

It's a very difficult diet, but everyone, fighting!
