Finally, I have developed a routine to escape from diabetes.

Blood sugar measurement: 6.3 on the evening of the 6th at 5:40 PM. I had bulgogi protein intake with my wife at 8:45 PM. After that, I went to sleep after 10 PM.
This is the result measured after 8 hours of fasting.
And I rested. I was so exhausted that I just fell asleep.
I walked 19,000 steps in just one day yesterday, and my numbers slightly decreased.
And today, I woke up at 5 a.m. and biked 10 km, which brought my blood pressure down to 114. It's gradually decreasing little by little.
While walking, I also read the Bible, memorize Revelation 8:5-7, and include daily meetings and sending Bible texts as part of my daily routine with the Word.
126 is the blood sugar level measured at the hospital.
After breakfast, I walked more than 6,000 steps, reaching a total of 12,000 steps by 8:30 a.m. and then rested for three hours. Afterwards, I checked my blood sugar level, which had decreased to 88.
