It seems I couldn't stick to my health goals well last week because of family events... I said I would try, but it wasn't easy to socialize with many people... 😅😅
This week, I am setting my health goals again.
Walking ten thousand steps after dinner.
Drink 1 liter of water.
3. Avoid eating flour-based foods.
It's a small thing, but since it's a difficult part, I will try my best to practice it diligently.
Let's keep going until the day everyone becomes healthy!!
