Hello! Today, I want to share my health goals ◡̎ First, I have been trying to reduce spicy and salty刺激 foods because my stomach health isn't very good lately.ᐟ About once a week?ᩚ Second, I try to walk around nearby.ᐟ If it's about 20-30 minutes by walking, I usually walk or ride a bike. ㅎㅅㅎ Lastly, I aim to sleep before 2 o'clock.ᐟ I try to get at least 6 hours of sleep each day. My sleep schedule often changes day and night, so I've had a few days of struggling with that.
