Health goals until June

This month, working overtime more frequently has put my health at risk ㅠㅠ...

 

Since I often eat late-night snacks and indulge, my weight has decreased, but my muscle mass has also decreased.

I experienced a loss, and there were dark circles under my eyes, giving a very tired and exhausted feeling.

 

Get a gym membership again and exercise steadily for an hour each day.

I am trying hard to maintain a regular sleep schedule.

It must be very tiring and difficult, but I need to get back to basics :)
