My health goal is to live happily while smiling healthily.
After my health check-up yesterday, I started to think a lot, so I might as well accept reality, think positively, and enjoy life.
I should not skip exercise every day, walk at least 10,000 steps, and go to the gym three times a week to increase my strength through weight training.
