This week's health goal

This week's health goal is also something many people are doing, a simple one.

 

Drinking a glass of water on an empty stomach

Taking probiotics and nutritional supplements

Walking 10,000 steps a day

Reduce coffee intake and drink tea (limit to one or two cups of coffee per week)

 

Writing down health goals like this makes me pay more attention and is really helpful.
