Maintaining a healthy diet

Because I like flour, I always eat bread, rice cakes, snacks, and noodles instead of rice.

Since I only eat snacks made from flour, I think I've gained weight and my health isn't good.

It will be difficult, but I need to gradually switch to a healthier diet.
