Setting health goals for June

My health goal for June is

Eat at least one meal a day as a diet meal.

* I walk 10,000 steps every day.

 

I thought I was doing well with my diet plan and kept going, but it turns out it wasn't a proper diet plan.

Suddenly, I was curious about the exact calories, so I weighed each item on the scale and entered them into MyFitnessPal to calculate the calories, and I realized the reason I wasn't losing weight.

 

The breakfast I ate as part of my diet was 602 kcal.

 

From the left

Paprika 120g 25.5 kcal

Pumpkin sweet potato 56g 86.8 kcal

Sweet pumpkin 113g 44.2kcal

Boiled egg 50g 77kcal

Broccoli 68g 23.1 kcal

Yogurt 346g 217.9 kcal

Jujube tea 190g 60kcal (Homemade jujube tea, recorded roughly since there is no specific item in the journal)

Almonds 6 pieces 42 kcal

Walnut 1 piece 26 kcal

 

 

 

The homemade yogurt I made at home was so delicious that I ate a bowlful each time, but it turns out that it has almost 218 kcal.

No wonder I'm losing weight... The current amount of yogurt is 346g, but I need to reduce it to 150g.
