My health goal for June is
Eat at least one meal a day as a diet meal.
* I walk 10,000 steps every day.
I thought I was doing well with my diet plan and kept going, but it turns out it wasn't a proper diet plan.
Suddenly, I was curious about the exact calories, so I weighed each item on the scale and entered them into MyFitnessPal to calculate the calories, and I realized the reason I wasn't losing weight.
The breakfast I ate as part of my diet was 602 kcal.

The homemade yogurt I made at home was so delicious that I ate a bowlful each time, but it turns out that it has almost 218 kcal.
No wonder I'm losing weight... The current amount of yogurt is 346g, but I need to reduce it to 150g.
