I'm now in my mid-30s, and only half of this year is left. Starting today, I will aim to walk 10,000 steps every day! There are days when I fail once a week, but that's okay! This year, I’ve been focusing on quitting smoking along with my regular health checkups, which recently came back normal. So, I’ll stick to quitting smoking altogether. Please, let’s do this!
