Midterm check of health goals

Health goal for December 2nd

1. Walking 10,000 steps - X, 6,701 steps -

Drink 2 liters of water a day - continuing hydration

3. Using stairs instead of the elevator - Success

4. Don't sit in a chair all day at work; stand and work for 10 minutes every hour - Success

 

Midterm review of today's goals has been completed.

Walking an additional step or two after work should be enough to reach the ten-thousand-step goal.
