My health goals are not being maintained well... I'm still fighting with myself.
Still, I try to stand again.
The diet I started with is going smoothly so far.
I think I should reduce the amount and also incorporate exercise.
Exercise is really about forming a habit.
I was riding the bike well for three months, but suddenly I can't ride it anymore.ㅠㅠ
