Outdoor exercise: running 3 kilometers, 4 times; walking 10,000 steps, for 6 days
I made a plan.
First Pilates session, two runs of 3 kilometers each, and two days of walking 10,000 steps.
It's a success, so I think I can achieve the goal 😁
