Even my arms, which I thought wouldn't get fat anymore...
I have become obese.
I can't find my old figure, but
I need to lose weight gradually.
Late-night snacks are the problem.
Now, stop eating late-night snacks.
I can't do much exercise, but I will keep walking and stretching consistently.
It should be around the early 50s.
