This week's health goal is dieting haha. Maybe because I ate too well during the holidays... I gained weight again ㅠㅠ
I met a friend today for the first time in almost three weeks, and they said I gained weight... so I'm planning to control my diet~
Diet control and walking 10,000 steps are of course the basics, but I think I should walk more.
