Walking more than 3 days at 50,000 steps.
More than 4 days of 30 minutes of aerobic exercise.
Sleep before 11 o'clock.
Drink more than 1.5 liters of water a day.
This week, I also set drinking water as a goal.
You should set goals like this to drink diligently.
