아주 건강한 목표에요 잘 실천하시길 바랄게요
It’s very hot during the day, but early dawn and late at night have become cooler... haha
I failed to abstain from alcohol last weekend because I drank with friends...ㅠㅠ
This week, I will set goals and practice for my health...^^
For physical health
1) Walking 10,000 steps every day
2) Take vitamins every day
3) Drinking a glass of water on an empty stomach every day and drinking water intermittently
4) Strength training (Mon, Wed, Fri)
5) Breakfast is an oatmeal diet for weight management
6) Practice of abstinence
For mental health
1) Read one poem a day
2) Listening to meditation music in the morning and evening
3) Find a quote and write it in handwritten form
4) Look at the sky at least once a day
This week, definitely practice abstinence... Let's go, let's go!!!
