I've been feeling so tired lately that I went to the local internal medicine clinic to get an IV. Since morning, I felt like I weighed a ton, couldn't concentrate, and had a headache, so I went to see a doctor. He gave me an IV mixed with vitamins and nutritional supplements, and it hurt a little when he injected it. I lay down and dazed myself for about 40-50 minutes while he injected it, then closed my eyes and rested. Then I fell asleep. When I woke up after the injection, my body didn't suddenly feel lighter, but rather, it felt like a bit of heaviness had lifted. In the afternoon, my condition definitely felt less sluggish, and when I got home, I didn't lie down right away but did do some housework. The results weren't dramatic, but they helped once in a while when fatigue had built up. However, I think it's better to get an IV only when you're really tired, rather than getting it frequently.
