Recently, I visited an ENT clinic because of severe nasal congestion and sore throat. As soon as I entered the clinic, I was greeted with friendly guidance right from the reception desk. The wait was short, and I was able to get into the examination room much faster than I expected. The doctor asked me detailed questions about my symptoms, performed a simple test, and slowly explained my condition, which greatly eased my anxiety. This was probably due to the recent flu epidemic. I was prescribed medication, and I was kindly informed of how to take it and the precautions I needed, which gave me confidence. Both the examination room and the reception area were clean, and the staff were generally friendly, creating a comfortable atmosphere. The line felt longer than usual today, as only one doctor was present. The doctor told me that I could get better quickly after three days, but if I didn't see any improvement, I should come back for another round of tests. In any case, I'm very satisfied and highly recommend this clinic in Wonju.
