우와 다 제 이야기같네요 좀 움직이고 커피도 줄어야겠어요
Fatigue is a state of mental or physical exhaustion due to overwork. Therefore, it's easy to attribute fatigue to busy work and lack of sleep.
However, if the small actions we engage in every day become habits, they can lead to persistent fatigue. In this regard, based on data from the American men's health magazine "Men's Health," we explored some of the daily habits that can cause chronic fatigue.
“I hate moving.”
The thought of having to exercise when you're already tired can feel daunting. But exercise increases blood flow and releases endorphins, giving you a boost of energy.
If you can't find time to exercise, try to fit some physical activity into your day, such as taking a short walk during your lunch break or doing a few stretches at home.
“I drink too many cups of coffee.”
Many people have a coffee habit. However, consuming multiple cups of coffee throughout the day can have more negative consequences than positive ones.
Of course, caffeine might not immediately wake you up and give you a boost of energy, but it's only temporary. As the caffeine breaks down and its effects wear off, symptoms like headaches and difficulty concentrating can occur. This then exacerbates fatigue, leading to another round of coffee cravings, a vicious cycle that repeats itself.
Try to reduce your coffee intake, or at least avoid drinking multiple cups in a short period of time. The best thing to do is to stay hydrated throughout the day with water.
“I eat too many sweets.”
A habit of overeating sugary foods can also contribute to fatigue. While eating sweets may temporarily provide a boost of energy, it can also lead to rapid blood sugar levels that spike and drop, leaving you feeling even more tired. Reduce your sugar intake and opt for healthy snacks like nuts.
“I like to sit down.”
People spend a lot of time sitting on the couch or in front of a computer. But did you know that prolonged sitting can actually make us tired? Sitting all day puts our bodies into "energy conservation" mode, leaving us feeling sluggish. Furthermore, it's bad for our posture and overall health.
Even if you have to spend a lot of time sitting, it's a good idea to move as much as possible throughout the day. Try getting up every hour to stretch, taking a short walk during your lunch break, or even just exercising regularly.
“I don’t have any time to myself.”
Caught up in our busy daily lives, caught between work, family, and social obligations, we often forget to take time for ourselves. But slowing down and caring for our own needs and interests is not a luxury, it's a necessity.

Coffee starts from the moment I get to work
Only a small amount of paper cups until the afternoon
I think I drink it often
Why you get more tired
Maybe it's because I drink coffee.
