Fatigue refers to a state of mental or physical exhaustion caused by overwork or fatigue. Because of this, the common causes of fatigue are often attributed to busy schedules and lack of sleep.

However, when the small actions we do daily become habits, they can lead to constant feelings of fatigue. Based on sources such as the American men's health magazine 'Men's Health,' we looked into everyday habits that can cause chronic fatigue.

"Dislikes moving"

The thought of having to exercise when you're already tired can feel terrible. However, exercising increases blood flow and releases endorphins, which boost your energy.

If you cannot find time to exercise separately, try to incorporate physical activity into your daily routine by taking a short walk during lunch or doing a few stretching exercises at home.

"I drink too many cups of coffee."

Many people habitually drink coffee every day. However, drinking several cups of coffee throughout the day can lead to more negative effects than positive ones.

Of course, caffeine may instantly wake you up and boost your energy, but that effect is only temporary. Once caffeine is broken down and its effects wear off, symptoms such as headaches and decreased concentration may appear. As a result, fatigue worsens, leading to a vicious cycle of reaching for coffee again.

Try to reduce your coffee intake or at least avoid drinking several cups in a short period. The best thing is to stay well-hydrated throughout the day with water.

"I eat too much sweet stuff."

Eating a lot of sweet foods can also be a cause of fatigue. While consuming sweet foods may temporarily boost energy, blood sugar levels spike and then drop sharply, leading to increased fatigue. Reduce sugar intake and opt for healthy snacks like nuts.

"I like sitting."

People spend a lot of time sitting on sofas or in front of computers. But do you know that sitting for long periods can make us tired? Sitting all day can cause our bodies to switch to an 'energy-saving' mode, making us feel sluggish. Additionally, it is not good for our posture or overall health.

Even if you have to spend a lot of time sitting inevitably, it's better to move as much as possible throughout the day. Stand up every hour to stretch, take a short walk during lunch, or do brief exercises consistently.

I am not able to have my own time.

In the busy daily life, caught between work, family, and social obligations, we often forget to take time for ourselves. However, slowing down to care for our desires and interests is not a luxury but a necessity.

===============

Coffee starts from when I arrive at the company.

Although it is a small amount of paper cups until the afternoon.

It seems like I drink it often.

The reason why fatigue accumulates

It might be because I drink coffee.
