    저희 신랑도 간헐적 단식으로 살을 제법 뺐어요.저녁엔 마음껏 먹구요. 하루에 한끼만 먹어요. 위에는 많이 안좋을거같은데  하다보니 살은 빠지네요.  근데..한낮에 생으로 굶는거 왠만한 의지력으론 힘들어요 참 아메리카노 커피만 먹네요. ㅋ 커피덕에 견딜수 있는건지도 모르겠어요^^
