I often eat Greek yogurt for dieting and health reasons. While eating, I only knew about its protein and calcium content... Since it has a high calorie count, I should eat it in moderation, and if I eat it on an empty stomach, the stomach acid increases, which may cause the probiotics to disappear before reaching the intestines.
It's pointless, just a silly thing to do~ haha
