Bathing and half-body bathing improve blood circulation, promoting overall health. While people are aware of the benefits of bathing and half-body bathing, for those who find it cumbersome to do it every time, we'll introduce a simple bathing method for each body part.
Foot bath = The feet act as pumps, returning blood from the heart back to it. Even in the West, the importance of the feet is emphasized through a discipline called reflexology. Fill a basin with warm water (around 40 degrees Celsius) and submerge your feet, just above the ankle bones. A 15-30 minute foot bath will stimulate circulation in the feet, reducing swelling and helping to relieve fatigue.
Bathing = If you suffer from cold hands and feet, try taking a water bath. You can use a special tub that submerges your hands slightly above the wrists, or at home, soak your hands in 41-42°C water in a sink for 10-15 minutes. While soaking, stretching each finger individually or clenching and unclenching your fists will improve blood circulation.
Each soup= Soaking the calf area below the knee in 40-42 degree Celsius water for 15-20 minutes is sufficient. Oriental medicine claims it's effective for neuralgia, arthritis, menstrual cramps, and indigestion. However, those with diabetes, high blood pressure, gastric ulcers, or varicose veins should refrain from this treatment. Finally, immerse the calf in cold water for about a minute to constrict the blood vessels and prevent heat loss.
Sitz bath= Simply prepare water at 38-40 degrees Celsius in a sitz bath or large basin and sit in it for 15 minutes, submerging your buttocks. This stimulates blood circulation in the genitals and lower abdomen, stimulating hormone secretion and improving reproductive function. It is also effective in relieving menstrual cramps, hemorrhoids, constipation, and lower back pain.

Bathing... I'm hearing about it for the first time.
Does it help to be deeply immersed?
