Plantar fasciitis sometimes comes unexpectedly. I can't stop while walking, so I grit my teeth and walk through the pain. I bought a foam roller to exercise, and it’s also good for foot acupressure. I sit on the foam roller for about a minute or roll my foot on it while sitting. Recently, the inflammation has decreased. It’s effective, so I plan to continue using it regularly.
