네 저는 건강위해 수년전부터 만보걷기 실천하는데 건강과 체력이 정말좋아져서 꾸준하게 실천하고있어요 아침에 일어나면 비가오나 눈이오나 무조건 나가서 만보걷고 들어와요 만보 안 걸으면 숙제안한 느낌이랄까 만보라도 걸을수있어서 항상 감사하게 생각해요
Walking 10,000 steps is a battle with myself. No one criticizes me for not walking, and there are no strict restrictions imposed. Especially in this hot weather, I constantly experience inner conflicts like "Isn't it okay to rest for a day?" or "Today is too exhausting, just rest for one day." I fight against my laziness and urge to keep running. When such thoughts arise, I just need to stand up quickly and leave the house. Interestingly, the moment I open the front door, the inner enemy that tempted me disappears like smoke. It ends in my victory. I walk, look at flowers, trees, and the sky, and fill my step count for the day. There are members who encourage me with kind words, like a poem, saying "Good job," or "You worked hard," which makes my walking journey always ongoing.
