Normal levels are cholesterol less than 200, LDL less than 130, HDL over 60, and triglycerides less than 150. Everything else is fine for me.
My total cholesterol was 253, but after 3 months of diet and exercise, it went down to 210.
I got tested in the second half and it came out as 246... When I'm worried, the number goes down and goes up and down.
