Lunch, wrap vegetables / crab soup, soy milk, boiled eggs / multigrain rice
Snack at 3 o'clock, 3 kimbaps, almonds, strawberry juice
Snack at 6:30, stir-fried beef with perilla leaves
Evening, black sesame porridge / Crab soup, pork liver 5 points
I always feel that when I gather everything together, I eat quite a lot.
People don't give me enough time to eat, haha.
I was in such a hurry to take a picture that I don't have a photo of my meal.
I'm planning to adjust my snacks a little more and make sure to eat more during meal times.
I'll try to do my best again today!
