Yesterday, I was satisfied with climbing 16 floors of stairs as my evening exercise.
After breakfast, I didn't eat carbohydrates, so I didn't feel sleepy and moved on.
After lunch, I walked 4,000 steps. My body felt heavy, so I couldn't control my pace and just kept walking.
4,000 steps on foot before dinner
Climb 16 floors of stairs after dinner, then walk the rest.
Normal walking and climbing stairs are just everyday physical activities.
Today, I will try to move at least this much again.
