Vision correction

I'm interested in trying vision correction, but I'm a bit worried about the side effects... Even if I have no symptoms right now, I haven't seen many reviews from people who have gone through it after 10 years or more, so I'm not sure if it's okay... I don't want to wear glasses, but if my vision worsens later, I might have to wear glasses againㅠ Is it really safe?
