(12th) Do all LASIK patients experience dry eyes?

I think it's been more than 7 years since I had LASIK.

Do people who have had LASIK not experience dry eyes?

Is this also a side effect?

I'm curious if you need to get a separate hospital prescription when experiencing dry eyes.

I'm just using artificial tears.

Artificial tears don't seem to be very effective either.
