저도 요즘 눈이 침침해지는듯해서 안과 가봐야하나 싶어서 궁금했던 질문이네요

When people around me kept talking about cataract surgery, I just brushed it off and ignored it.
Recently, since the program used for work has changed and it is not a program that can be expanded forcibly
As I keep looking at increasingly small text with a frown, I strongly feel a sense of eye fatigue building up.
I started taking lutein and some other supplements, but I think I'm really going to develop cataracts if I keep like this.
I've never had good eyesight before, so I usually pay attention to it, but I'm really worried now.
There probably isn't a way to block it.
Is it possible to perform surgery on each eye separately?
I'm already worried about how I should go through surgery and treatment.

케이스백내장, 녹내장 이런걸 들으면 꽤나 심각해 보이는 병이에요. 제가 그 병에 대한 지식이 별로 없어서 인 듯 해요
은하수제 가족은 한쪽 눈에 알레르기 증상으로 정기적으로 안과 방문하다가 초기 백내장이 발견되서 수술하셨어요 한쪽 눈 먼저 수술한 후 며칠 있다가 다음 눈 수술하셨구요. 입원 없이 수술 후 경과 본 후 퇴원하셨어요~ 정기적으로 안과 방문하시면 백내장이 있을 경우 초기에 발견되면 경과 보다가 적절한 시기에 수술하면 된다고 하니 너무 걱정하지 마시고 일상생활 하시면 좋을거 같아요 야외활동 할 때 주의할점은 눈에 바로 햇볕을 보면 좋지 않으니 썬글라스 착용하시면 좋아요
