60s father experiencing eye fatigue/stiffness

Hello, my father in his early 60s.

They say their eyes continue to feel tired and dry. They went to a university hospital ophthalmology department and had an intraocular pressure test. It’s not glaucoma yet, just before glaucoma develops? It’s not serious enough to require surgery, so they were prescribed eye drops and told to use them. If it worsens later, it’s not surgery but a simple procedure that can be done. Are there people around with glaucoma who manage their eyes?
