(Concern) Coping with presbyopia

I have high myopia with -13 diopters.

I have been wearing hard contact lenses for a long time and received lens implantation surgery in 2011.

I think it was truly a new world for me, but at the end of 2018, my eyesight suddenly deteriorated a lot because I was using my phone a lot.

Currently, my eyes are quite uneven, about 0.5 and 0.7. I got glasses to use while driving, but I can live daily life without glasses.

Presbyopia has developed, and there is also a slight cataract. ㅠ

What kind of surgery should I have if my vision worsens in the future? These days, I hear that cataract and presbyopia lens surgery is expensive. Would lens replacement be okay?
