저는 눈이 건조하면 눈을 좀 감고 있거나 점안액을 넣어주기도 합니당 ㅎㅎ
What do you do when your eyes are dry? Saline solution? Eye drops? Do you use them?
My eyesight worsened during elementary school.
I have been wearing glasses since sixth grade.
I was afraid to put something in my eye, so I couldn't wear contact lenses...
For some reason, after my mid-20s, I only wore contact lenses on weekends when I went out for fun.
I usually wear glasses when I work...
In my late twenties, I had intra LASIK surgery together with my younger sister.
Since I don't wear contact lenses frequently, my cornea is thick, and they told me that I might be able to have another surgery later.
It's been about 17 years now, and I still have a vision of around 1.0.
I often sit in front of a computer due to my job.
Maybe that's why my eyes are definitely dry..
They still give me some rest and loosen up a bit...
I think it might be better to protect it a bit by using saline solution or eye drops.
It's still okay for now...
When I see seniors around me in their late 40s experiencing presbyopia...
I'm worried it might not be someone else's problem... If I keep my eyes from drying out and take care of them, will presbyopia come later?
I also thought about that, haha.
How do you manage dry eyes?
