My eyes are very dry.

It's been over 8 years since I had LASIK. My vision has slightly declined compared to before, but it is still well maintained. In the early days after the surgery, my eyes were severely dry. Since then, it was okay for a while, but lately, the dryness seems to have worsened. I frequently use artificial tears and do eye compresses.

Should I go to the ophthalmology department separately and put in eye ointment?

I'm curious about how people with dry eyes cope with it. I wonder if it's also due to fine dust.
