My eyes are dry.

I originally had dry eyes, but now it seems to be more severe. I also had LASIK, and I think it's because I am exposed to my phone more often. Anyway, because of this dryness, I was prescribed artificial tears and used them, but I keep forgetting to put them in, and the eye drops are left unused. I also have trouble aiming properly when applying them. Is there any other way to resolve this eye dryness?
