These days, even the bus LED electronic displays are affected by light bleed, making them hard to see clearly.

These days, I use my smartphone a lot, so I think my eyesight has slightly worsened, but I also feel that glare is getting worse. Since I can't see well, I tend to furrow my brow, which seems to be causing wrinkles. I'm wondering if I need to undergo surgery again or if there are any corrective procedures available.
