Cataract

There appears to be something very slightly stained next to the iris.

There are no issues with living or viewing, so I just leave it as it is.

But very occasionally, when my eyes are tired, they seem to become blurry and inflamed, and I wonder if they might be getting a bit bigger, so I do feel a little worried.

Is this cataracts?
