If it is a hospital where reservations are mandatory, you cannot receive treatment without a reservation, but here, you can receive treatment without an appointment. To avoid long waiting times, they provide an estimated consultation time, so it is convenient to go on time.

 

The doctor and nurse are kind.

 

When administering eye drops for retinal examination, the nurse disinfects her hands and wears gloves. Additionally, stickers are attached to distinguish between the eye with drops and the eye without drops. The thoroughness stands out compared to another hospital where I received retinal exams and accidentally received drops in both eyes twice. Furthermore, the doctor asks detailed questions about past injuries and treatment processes at other hospitals. This shows the sincere care and meticulous attention given to patients.

During retinal exams, the bright light makes it very difficult, but each time, they say encouraging words like "You're doing well" or "Almost done" to help calm my mind.

 

After the examination, apply heat with an infrared lamp and provide detailed guidance on future appointment dates.

Many places just let you go after the consultation, but here they give a warm eye compress for about 3 minutes.

After applying a hot pack, my eyes feel incredibly comfortable and refreshed.
