I am posting this because I am wondering if there are any good eye exercises to improve symptoms of presbyopia, such as difficulty seeing close text and blurred vision.
My eyes get tired and feel blurry quickly whenever I look at a smartphone or a book. Before I start using reading glasses, are there ways to protect my eyesight and slow down the symptoms through eye exercises or lifestyle improvements?
I am curious about effective eye exercises that I can easily and consistently follow at home, or tips that help with eye health.
