오른쪽 눈이 많이 불편하시겠네요.. 렌즈가 한쪽으로 기울어서 위치 이상과 사이즈 문제가 생겼을수도 있네요 기존 병원에서 수술이 어렵다고 하는데 좀 책임감이 없어보이네요ㅠ ICL 재수술 경험 많은 상급 안과 알아보시고 해결방안은 재위치 조정이나 렌즈교체를 하셔야하는데 방치 하시면 각막과 안압에 문제가 생긴다고 해요 대학병원 전문센터 알아보시고 얼른 상담 받아보세요
