Dry eye syndrome artificial tears

My eyes are very dry after LASIK surgery.

When I close and open my eyes, I feel a stinging sensation. I am really applying artificial tears frequently.

However, I am a bit worried because I am using it too frequently. I am concerned whether it might irritate my eyes. If I use artificial tears often, will it harm my eye health?
