Tears when concentrating

Lately, when I concentrate

My eyes are getting blurry and tears are coming out.

Is this because of presbyopia? ㅜㅜ

Especially during night driving, the spreading has worsened.

My eyesight isn't bad, so I don't wear glasses.

Will wearing glasses be helpful?
