Is it possible for only one side of the face to look different first after receiving Density?

Lately, there is something that subtly bothers me every time I look in the mirror.

I can't really tell from the front, but
When I take photos, the contours of my left face look a little more refined than the right.

It was slightly asymmetrical to begin with, but
I'm not sure if these aspects are catching my eye more after receiving Density.

When you get a lifting procedure, it's not that both sides change exactly the same.
Could the existing asymmetry appear more prominent?

I'm wondering if it would be a good idea to mention the asymmetry before the procedure.
