Does the feeling change when you make facial expressions after receiving Density?

When I smile, the skin around my cheeks feels looser than before.

I feel more self-conscious when I make a facial expression than when I'm just standing still.

I am looking into Density, and I am wondering if I can feel the change even when making facial expressions.

I also want to know if it is just a feeling of tightness in the skin or if the elasticity itself is changing.

For those who have received it, what changes did you notice first?
