Is Density High Monopolar 600 Shots effective for fine lines and elasticity?

As I pass my mid-30s, fine lines have started appearing around my eyes and mouth, and my pores have even become enlarged, so I am looking into radiofrequency treatments. I am drawn to Density-High because I heard that it works on a similar principle to Thermage but is reasonably priced.
